User Agreement
By using Leisure World Tours service and Leisure Travel Sri Lanka website service, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by you and Leisure World Tours.
Leisure World Tours Affiliate Program is only a venue
Our affiliate site acts as a venue to allow tour operators (sellers) to advertise their special interest travel packages to potential travellers (buyers). Leisure World Tours is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. This means that:
Registration data and certain other information about you are subject to our applicable privacy policy. The personal information you submit by completing a Request for Information form will only be used by the vacation supplier to contact you. You understand that through your use of Leisure World Tours services you consent to the collection and use of this information including processing and use by Leisure World Tours and its affiliates. Leisure World Tours does not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
Responsibility of User
Leisure World Tours affiliate programs do not act as a middleman. You will be dealing directly with the tour operator. You are solely responsible for any decision regarding the purchase of any travel package listed on our site.
Dispute between buyer and seller
Because Leisure World Tours is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, in the event that you have a dispute about the product or the service delivered with one or more sellers, it is your sole responsibility to resolve the dispute with the seller(s). Leisure World Tours will not assist you in any way. In addition, you release Leisure World Tours and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees from claim, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature (known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Warranty
Leisure World Tours and its suppliers provide our web site and service "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Leisure World Tours and its suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Liability
In no event shall Leisure World Tours or its suppliers be liable for lost profit or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
General
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Victoria as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Australia between Australia residents.
This agreement also shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Sri Lanka as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Sri Lanka and persons from any Country arriving in Sri Lanka through the booking service of this website.
